EA Sports FC 27's most popular mode will no doubt be Ultimate Team. Giving players the chance to assemble a team of legendary players from the present and past of the beautiful game, choose their own formation, and even select the kit they play in, it's an opportunity for your footballing personality to shine through. One of the ways you can customize your team is to change your Ultimate Team club name in EA FC 27, but it's a setting that's tucked away if you don't know where to look for it.
To change your squad name, go to the 'Club' option in the Ultimate Team menus and go to 'View Squad.' This will bring you to a screen showing your starting lineup.
Now press in the left analog stick on your controller (L3), and you'll bring up a smaller menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Go to the 'Team Management' option and then select 'Squad Selector.' You'll now be shown all of the squads you've created so far within your club.
Select the squad you want to change the name of and press X on Xbox or Square on PlayStation. You'll now be given the option to enter a new team name. Once you're happy with the team name you've chosen, press the Menu button on Xbox/ Options on PlayStation, and your squad name will be saved.
Keep in mind that if you have multiple different teams within your club, you'll need to change each one individually.
If you want to change the name of your entire club, go to the 'Settings' option from the Ultimate Team main menu, and select the 'Rename Club' option.
From here, you can then choose to change your club's name, and the abbreviation that will appear in the top left corner of the screen next to your score in a match.
Select the Club Name option to set the name you want for your club, and then choose three letters that would work as a good abbreviation for your name. You can also choose three entirely random letters as your abbreviation if you really want to.
