As you begin Part 6: Simon, you will need to take the elevator down to the ground floor, except you'll end up in another strange part of the Otherworld. Inside, your only objective is to "FIX THIS", and we've got the solution right here. Below, we'll share the full walkthrough of the FIX THIS puzzle in Silent Hill Townfall so you can safely shut off the alarm, release the clamps, rotate the valves, and leave for the next area.
To begin, pick up the Reference Sheet on the table to the left of the console panel, as this will come in handy with the actual puzzle. Now, power on the elevator and take it to Floor 2. To the left of the valve is a box that you can open to get the Controller Key.
With the Controller Key, head back down to the ground floor and interact with the left console that says "ALARM STATUS". You can now input the Controller Key into the slot shown above, then input the Alarm Code: A5D7, then press OK.
Your next step is to activate the COMMAND CONSOLE on the right. You need to input the code E3E3, then press OK, which will unlock the rotation clamps. Next, you need to press Gas Flow.
Your new objective is to interact with the red valves on each floor so that the red pipe in the center is aligned from top to bottom:
With all four valves in position, return to the COMMAND CONSOLE on the ground floor and press "Flow Test", which should turn the Outlet, Inlet, Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, and Section 4 lights all green. Once all the lights are green, hit IGNITE.
You can now head opposite the console to the left side of the room, where you will see a yellow light and some rubble. It's pretty dark here, but to leave the area, just crouch and head left of the rubble as shown above.
