You can recruit a total of 10 allies in The Witcher 3 for The Battle of Kaer Morhen, provided that you complete the associated quests below. You'll find a full list of all Kaer Morhen allies for the Full Crew achievement, including the optional allies that you might want to add for the added strength in what's going to be quite the epic and challenging battle after The Isle of Mists!
Speak with Ermion at the Druids' Camp in Skellige.
Complete "Possession" and "The Lord of Undvik," then make sure either Hjalmar or Cerys is crowned the ruler of Skellige in "King's Gambit".
Complete Keira's side quests, and during the finale, "For the Advancement of Learning", send Keira to Kaer Morhen and NOT Radovid.
Complete "Now or Never" with Triss. As long as you save her, she will appear as an ally. You do NOT need to romance her.
After "Get Junior", speak with Vernon Roche and complete "An Eye for an Eye" and make sure to keep Ves alive during the quest.
If kept alive in "An Eye for an Eye", Ves will automatically join with Vernon Roche.
Speak with Zoltan at The Rosemary and Thyme inn in Novigrad.
