When players get their Factory up and running in Graveyard Keeper 2, the Bioreactor can cause lots of confusion, as judging by the icon, it looks like you either put zombies in or extract zombies. However, this is not the case, and nor are corpses involved, but instead Wheat. This guide will show players how to set up their Bioreactor in Graveyard Keeper 2, and what to do with the Zombie Power it produces.
The Bioreactor works similarly to other stations in the Factory. However, it only has one input, as well as the standard single output. These will need Conveyor Belts at either end. Additionally, no zombie worker is required; the Bioreactor works on its own, similar to furnaces.
For the input, you'll need Wheat. You can either connect a Conveyor Belt from the Garden Storage, or use a Conveyor Chest and put the Wheat in here yourself. If you opt to utilize the Garden Storage, make sure to build a Lifting Crane in your garden and set it to send Wheat down below.
The output of a Bioreactor is Zombie Power, and this can be collected and stored in a Conveyor Chest, or else sent on via Conveyor Belts to make other items, such as Zombie Mechanisms, which require Zombie Power.
There are a few uses of Zombie Power in Graveyard Keeper 2, but players likely won't need it right away.
Zombie Power is not used to power the Factory; that can only be done with Zombie Carousels.
When players eventually reach the Royal Foundry, where Steel Ingots can be bought in Graveyard Keeper 2, the Bishop will ask for 3 Zombie Power.
There's no big rush with this quest, and players can purchase Steel regardless, but they will need to eventually complete it in order to progress with the story.
