During the main story of Control Resonant, you will receive a quest called "Power Lines." During this quest, you are tasked with rerouting the power back to three stations around the Central Zone.
Rerouting the power during the Power Lines quest is not so simple as each station has a puzzle that needs solving. While there are clues provided to the player through note logs, reaching the solution is still challenging.

Before you reroute the Perimeter Station, you must first find the staircase that leads underground. The location of the Perimeter Station is found near the center of the Central Zone.
When you approach the entrance to the Perimeter Station, the Hiss will block it off and a combat encounter will commence. Defeat all the elite enemies of the Hiss mob to open up the entrance.
The objective of the Perimeter Station is to find three devices in the area, place them in the correct yellow square, and then interact with the routing contraption.
The first device can be found to the right of the staircase, through a little opening in the wall that is covered by mold. Grab it and bring it back to the routing contraption.
The next device can be found up the staircase that is across the stairs that you originally came down from.
