The Witcher 3: All Possible Romances

There are 2 main romances and 5 optional side romances in The Witcher 3, including Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. Out of all the romance options shown below, the only two that you can't do in the same playthrough are Yennefer and Triss. You are free to use the one-time romance options without messing up your relationship with either Yennefer or Triss. But if you romance Yennefer and Triss in one playthrough, you will end up with neither of them.
