In Aion 2, players have to choose between 8 classes: Templar, Gladiator, Sorcerer, Ranger, Cleric, Spiritmaster, Assassin, and Chanter. Making this choice is difficult if you have no understanding of how each class plays, what the weapon choices and skills look like, and which of them are best for PvE and PvP content.

Classes cannot be changed in Aion 2. Once you’ve chosen, the decision is permanent.
Templar is the tank class in Aion 2 that focuses entirely on defense while having the ability to taunt and pull enemy mobs to take attention away from other party members. It mainly excels in PvE group settings like dungeons and raids where you need a pure tank for the party, but struggles in PvP.
Leveling is generally quite slow, especially compared to pure combat-focused classes, which means you’ll spend extra time in this process since the leveling experience is mostly solo in this game. Things get a lot better once you do eventually reach the endgame, however.
