Fortnite has added the second Draw a Sprite competition winner's Sprite, the Pond Sprite from Pine & Kiri (@matsubokiri). Below, you'll find out how to get the Pond Sprite, the special effect that you need to know about, and of course, how many variants it comes with so you know how many versions of this Sprite you can get for your collection!
The Pond Sprite will drop mainly from Cheat Codes, but also (rarely) from Chests. You won't need to hunt in unique areas, as any Cheat Code will do, but as an Epic-rarity Sprite, we've had the highest luck with purple Cheat Codes. The Pond Sprite is yet another Sprite that cannot be found in bot lobbies, so don't bother trying!
As always, Sprite Trading will always be the best way to acquire a Sprite that you haven't managed to get already, so make sure you join the safest Discord servers!
The Pond Sprite will allow you to perform a Super Jump, which makes you immune to fall damage and allows you to jump higher than normal. However, this isn't available with every jump, and we'll elaborate below.
Every few seconds, the Pond Sprite will generate a charge, as noted by the orb on your back. You can have four total charges. Once you jump, you can jump again shortly after landing to perform the Super Jump at the cost of a single charge.
If you level up the Pond Sprite, your Super Jump height will increase, as does the cooldown for acquiring charges. The Pond Sprite can be leveled up the same way as the others, so just open chests and eliminate players!
