To increase your max health in RuneScape Dragonwilds, you'll need to find Sanguine Urns scattered around Ashenfall. These small artifacts can push your health bar above 100, which is your normal HP capacity.
With the full release, thankfully, the health system has been reworked, so you no longer need to rely on your armor's Lifeward capacity to stay alive for longer. Here's where you can find all the Sanguine Urns in RuneScape Dragonwilds and how to use them to increase your max health.
Ashenfall has lots of creatures that can make survival tricky, including dragons, goblins, Dire Wolves, and more. Even regular wildlife can hurt you while you're out hunting for food, so keeping your health bar full is important if you want to avoid losing your inventory when you die. Because, seriously, making your way back to your gravestone while keeping your water and food levels up and dealing with threats is a hassle.
As you might already know, Sanguine Urns are your way to increase your max HP in RuneScape Dragonwilds, so you'll need to keep an eye out for them during your adventure. These altars are placed in different parts of the map, with some found inside enemy bases, others hidden in caves, and some out in the forests.
The good thing is that these health upgrades are marked on the map with an icon showing a red potion inside a spiky metal container. Just walk up to one and interact with it to consume the urn and boost your health bar by 10.
Players can find 21 Sanguine Urns in RuneScape Dragonwilds, which means they can gain 210 additional HP on top of the normal 100, bringing their total max HP to 310.
If you only see a few Sanguine Urns on the map, don't worry. You'll likely need to unlock more biomes in Ashenfall before you can find the others.
