New games in the Super Smash Bros and Nintendogs series are in development, according to a Nintendo leaker.
YouTube user Malo932 correctly predicted earlier this year that a new ‘classic’ Star Fox game was being released in June, that a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was coming, and that a new Nintendo Switch Sports game was on the way.
Although these leaks gained more prominence when they were mentioned by noted Nintendo insider Nate the Hate, it’s since been noted that Malo932 posted them as a comment on a different YouTube video six days before Nate the Hate’s video.
In another YouTube comment, they correctly predicted that Nintendo was set to announce two separate Nintendo Directs – a standard one and a Zelda one – three days before the announcement was actually made.
With this in mind, Pokémon leak account Centro Leaks has gathered some of the other recent claims made by Malo932, including a recent claim that a new Smash Bros game is in development.
According to the apparent insider, this game is not a port of Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and is instead an entirely new entry in the Smash Bros series.
They also claimed that Nintendogs will be making a return for the first time since Nintendogs + Cats was released as a 3DS launch game 15 years ago.
Other previous claims made by the leaker that have yet to be confirmed include a pixel art remake of Super Metroid, a new Wario Land game and a new 3D Mario game, all allegedly set for release next year.
