The Otsutsuki are an incredibly powerful alien species that have played a significant role in the Naruto and Boruto series. They are known to be aliens who come from a different planet, all with the sole purpose of feeding on the energy of different plants. By harvesting chakra fruits, they gain power but at the cost of all life that exists on the said planets.
In the Boruto era, the powers of the Otsutsuki have been expanded upon tremendously by the likes of Masashi Kishimoto and Mikio Ikemoto. Every Otsutsuki has had their ultimate ability revealed in one way or another, and, needless to say, they are incredibly overpowered. Some of them fall in the category of Ninjutsu, while others can be classified as Shinjutsu, making them true Godly abilities in the Narutoverse.
Kinshiki Otsutsuki is by far one of the weakest members of the Otsutsuki clan that we have seen. His abilities are somewhat underwhelming, but his strongest power is still one that can kill the vast majority of the Kage. Kinshiki has the ability to utilize his chakra to create red weapons. These chakra-based weapons are incredibly powerful and, in some novels, are known to hold the power to split the worlds apart.
That said, in the manga, Kinshiki was effortlessly stopped by the likes of Sasuke Uchiha. He is still an incredibly powerful fighter, especially when considering the fact that he also has the Byakugan, but he is still one of the weakest members of the Otsutsuki clan.
Momoshiki Otsutsuki is also a powerful member of the Otsutsuki clan who is still influential in the Boruto series. Momoshiki had various abilities at his disposal, but the strongest of them was his power to absorb any form of ninjutsu or chakra with his Rinnegan and then multiply it many times and retaliate using his other Rinnegan.
Momoshiki's ability was unique but still not the strongest that we have seen in the series. In fact, his standard Rinnegan absorption ability isn't all that different from what any other Rinnegan user can do in the story, and the retaliation power is somewhat underwhelming as well.
Hamura Otsutsuki was Kaguya's younger son and certainly a force to be reckoned with. Given that he had the same chakra as Kaguya, Hamura was tremendously powerful. Unlike Hagoromo, Hamura was born with the power of the Byakugan; however, he eventually turned this Byakugan into the Tenseigan and gained Tenseigan Chakra Mode. This power became his strongest ability in the Naruto Series. Through this Tenseigan Chakra Mode, Hamura could easily have done things like split the moon into two or even destroyed the Earth. It is easily one of the strongest Otsutsuki abilities that we have seen in the Boruto series, and hopefully it will be touched upon further later down the line.
Hagoromo Otsutsuki is the Sage of Six Paths who was incredibly important in the Naruto series. He had multiple abilities up his sleeve, but the strongest of them all was the creation of all things. Hagoromo could create a form using his jutsu and then breathe life into it like a true god. The basis of this technique remains unknown, but it looks to be a Shinjutsu-based ability.
