The Support Level system in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave determines the bond of each character. These bonds affect not only the character relationships, but give bonuses during battle as well. The Support Level starts at 1 and can be increased all the way to 5 in a number of ways. Whether you want to deepen character relationships, or make them stronger in battle, this guide goes over everything you need to know about the Support Level in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave.
There are two main reasons to raise each character's Support Level during Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave:
As characters' Support Level rises, they get increased stats when on the field with each other. When in battle, you can check the increase in stats at the top-left character portrait when selecting a unit.
It can be hard to determine which stats are increased by the Support Level since there are multiple ways to increase stats in the game. If you are near an ally with an increased support level, select an enemy to attack. Before you attack, Press "X" and hover over the top-left portrait to view the support buff stats.
Some characters have additional conversations with each other when their Support Level increases. Not all characters get these conversations, and the number of conversations per relationship also varies.
