After completing the missions in the Underpass, you will get Control Resonant's House in Distress mission, which requires you to go to the Oldest House to meet Zoe. Fast Travel to the Oldest House: Central Executive door, and make your way to Executive Research. In case you can't find the way, stay in the same room and look for an elevator.
This will take you to Zoe, and you'll be tasked with locating the fault. This main mission has a tricky puzzle related to restoring power, and the guide below offers a solution on top of the walkthrough for the quest.
As the quest progresses, you will need to go into Main Observation, then Classrooms, and into the Interactions Lab. The whole lab will be running on emergency power, and you will be tasked with getting the power running again.
As you go down the stairs, you can find two Power Cores, one of which is dead. You will need to charge this using the Power Cores found in the room upstairs.
Take the electric charge from the Power Core here and use it on the dead Core upstairs. This will open up the room, and as you enter, you will be locked inside with an automated voice telling you that the test cycle has been initiated.
You have several Power Cores on both sides as well as nine Power Cores on the wall. To solve the power puzzle, you will have to power up the Cores on the wall as shown in the four images on the sides. Here are the Power Cores you need to power up for the solution to the three puzzles:
This solves all the puzzles, and the doors will open, allowing you to watch the Perfect tape before going through the High Risk Chamber. You will then enter Director Training to fight some Hiss enemies. Afterwards, you will enter the Main Test Chamber to interact with the TV and complete the Ritual. After some cutscenes and a conversation with Zoe, the quest will be completed.
