If you're like me and like to complete everything that a game has to offer before rolling credits, then Marvel's Wolverine may have left you a little confused. According to its description, you're awarded the Repressed Memories trophy for unlocking a hidden memory in Nightmare Trials, but even after finding every Nightmare Door in the game and completing the trials with an Adamantium ranking, I still didn't have the trophy. That's when I realized that Repressed Memories is actually a post-game trophy.
After completing the main story, a new object will be added to the wall in the Nightmare Cabin, and interacting with it will allow you to try your luck with one final Nightmare Trial. It features a mixture of enemies from the three previous combat gauntlets, and each ranking requires a slightly higher points total, making it the hardest Nightmare Trial in the game. However, if you're able to get at least a bronze ranking in the Best There Is gauntlet, you'll unlock a secret ending for Marvel's Wolverine, as well as the Repressed Memories trophy.

After defeating the final boss, you'll be treated to a cutscene in which [SPOILER]Jean gives Logan a wooden phoenix carving[/SPOILER]. Once the credits have finished rolling, head back to the Nightmare Cabin. Assuming you've completed all of the other Nightmare Trials in Marvel's Wolverine with at least a bronze ranking, a message will appear on the screen letting you know that the final trial has been unlocked. Head over to the shelf and interact with the [SPOILER]phoenix carving[/SPOILER], which will trigger the Best There Is gauntlet.
As with the game's other gauntlet Nightmare Trials, you should make sure to break the Calculating idol if and when it appears, as this is by far the best ability available (enemies die instantly when you parry their attacks). Stuff like Brutish and Incendiary can also be useful, as can the one that restores your health as you deal damage. Just make sure to steer clear of the idol that makes enemies drop grenades when they die, and also the one that removes all other effects in exchange for full health, especially if you were lucky enough to get Calculating (I usually restart the trial until I do).
Assuming you get at least a bronze ranking, [SPOILER]leaving through the cabin's door will now take you to a new area[/SPOILER], allowing you to enjoy the hidden ending to Marvel's Wolverine and unlock the Repressed Memories trophy.
