The Axe is the strongest melee weapon in Silent Hill Townfall, easily surpassing the Plank and the Pipe. The Axe is a one-hit kill for all enemies (not the big guy) and has infinite durability, so you won't have to worry about preserving it for blocks and hits. If you want the Axe in Silent Hill Townfall, you will need to reach New Game Plus, but we'll share the specifics and its location below!
The Axe is only found in New Game Plus, so you will have to beat the game at least once, then start a new save in "New Game +" from the main menu. The Axe unlocks regardless of which ending you received, but again, it only appears in New Game Plus.
Once you're in New Game Plus, start the game and head to St. Amelia's Shorefront District - South. You can find the Axe in a garage east of Shore Wynd, marked on the map above.
The garage door will be open (but if it's not, there's a prompt to open it). The Axe will be sitting on a table with an ominous red light above it, and a mysterious gnome as its guardian. Picking up the Axe rewards the Here's Simon trophy, but it also gives you a melee weapon that can one-hit kill enemies and has infinite durability, so you can always block their attacks (or kill them) without the Axe breaking!
You can also find the Axe as Zoe on the fence to the left of Mister Stewart's backyard.
