Head to Beauclair Palace to speak with Duchess Anna Henrietta and Damien de la Tour. You are presented with dialogue options, but they all lead to the same outcome, so don't feel like you have to pick any in particular.
Either way, Geralt will reveal that the Beast of Beauclair is a vampire who is being blackmailed, and the Duchess agrees that they should try to save the mysterious woman who has been kidnapped by the Beast's blackmailers.
Soon after, the Duchess, Geralt, and Damien set off on their horses to Castel Ravello Vineyard, and there will be two panthers blocking the path that you need to kill before proceeding.
Once you arrive, you can ask Fabricio two questions, but regardless of the questions you ask, you won't get a satisfying answer, so the Duchess decides to investigate the wine cellar herself (with you, of course).
As you arrive at the wine cellar, turn around and examine the wine register. You will now need to search for Sangreal from the 1269 vintage. The specific wine barrel you are looking for is upstairs in the south-east corner, so take the stairs from the middle and cross the bridge directly across to read the notice.
You will now need to tap every single Sangreal 1269 barrel, as all of them are still full. The Duchess then asks you to gather a Tapping Hammer and a Barrel Tap, both of which can be found in the lower west section, on the floor and in the crate.
