Juggling two consoles is hard work for some, but not for Nintendo. While the Switch 2 is the primary focus for the Big N, don't ever count the Switch 1 out. 2025 was a busy one, with the Switch 2's launch really filling out the roster and finally giving us some long-awaited titles and big launch-window hitters, but 2026 has seen Nintendo branching out a little bit.
Leading the charge on Switch 2 from the Big N are Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Third-party support is also proving to be significant on the new console, with releases such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Valheim, and Metaphor: ReFantazio coming to Nintendo audiences.

The Bat is Back in Brick Form, and he's going open world. When it was revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2025, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight was our favourite reveal.
