You can exchange Florens and Orens for Crowns at the Vivaldi Bank in Novigrad. While you will permanently lose the Florens and Orens in your inventory, there's no point in keeping them, since they serve no purpose. While Orens are essentially just a burden to have since you will need to return to the Vivaldi Bank to exchange them, Florens are what you really want to try and loot, since for every single Floren, you'll get three Crowns in return! That's triple the pay, so if you can find an abundance of Florens, Geralt's in for a hefty payday.
