Here’s one for Pokémon mega-fans: all 24 Pokémon movies are getting released in one mega Blu-ray bundle, in packaging that looks like a Poké Ball.
It’s an Amazon-exclusive item that costs $399.99 (see it at Amazon) and doesn’t have a release date yet. If you’re the target audience for this and you have the funds, I’d buy it soon because limited-edition collections like this tend to sell out well ahead of release.
Starting with Pokémon: The First Movie in 1998, a steady stream of Pokémon movies came out over the ensuing decades, stopping in 2020. All told, this collection has a runtime of 36 hours and 41 minutes. That’s over a day and a half of Pokémon. That’s a lot of Pokémon.
The movies are collected across 16 Blu-ray discs and stored in a fold-out cardboard booklet. An informational book also appears to be included, though little additional information is available at the moment.
The content of the bundle is just one part of the package, though. Those booklets are stored in an impressive plastic Pokéball that stands nearly a foot tall (11.87”) on a black stand, and nearly a foot wide as well (11.02”). It’s a very cool-looking item to put on the shelf, if nothing else.

Featuring all 24 Pokemon movies, following Ash and friends' many adventures to be the very best. From the origins of Mewtwo in Pokémon: The First Movie to the Unova region in Pokémon Black & White, leading finally to the deep Forest of Okoya, these memorable movies take you back to the world of Pokémon.”
As I mention above, Blu-ray collections in fun packaging like this tend to sell out pretty fast, even when they’re priced in the hundreds of dollars. And in this case, you’re getting 24 movies, which is a lot of movies to justify the high price. Plus, that packaging looks pretty impressive.
