The Medic remains one of the most essential classes in WARDOGS, since they can revive fallen teammates, which in turn, means those revived teammates won't have to buy their weapons back. If you have an expensive loadout, you're going to want to wait for a Medic, and we've got the best Medic loadouts in WARDOGS posted below so the unsung heroes of the team can spring to action!
I'm skipping a low-tier loadout for Medic as there isn't much of a choice to make earlier in the game. You just have to use AMP-9 until you unlock other weapons.
The AMP-9 has a more comfortable recoil compared to both the PP-19 and the MP5. Sticking with the AMP-9 is the best decision before unlocking the Super-45, but you need the right attachments to get the most out of it.
First, let's be clear: the AMP-9, the PP-19, and the MP5 all have the same damage output. So, there are no downsides in sticking to the AMP-9 rather than going for the more expensive MP5. The real difference between these weapons comes down to their recoil, range accuracy, and fire rate.
All three weapons deal 46 head damage, 25 upper torso damage, 22 lower torso damage, and 17 leg/arm damage. These stats are based on Standard (FMJ) bullets when shooting at an unprotected target who doesn't wear any armor pieces. However, the AMP-9 has the best recoil reduction (if you use the attachments above).
The Defibrillator is the perfect tool for every medic. It needs an initial charge, and then it can instantly revive any teammate. The only downside to this tool is that it requires a battery, and you will have to carry a few extra batteries in your backpack, which takes up extra space. That said, until you reach Level 11 as a Medic, you have probably unlocked most of the backpacks available in the game, and a few batteries won't matter much.
The secondary slot doesn't matter much for a medic. You already carry an SMG, which is quite fast to reload and is well-suited for close-range combat. So, you will never feel the need for a secondary weapon. Deagle could be a good option, but that wouldn't fit a mid-tier loadout because you unlock it at Level 85.
Now, let's talk about the items you need. Smoke grenades are very useful for reviving teammates. Remember that every time a player kills someone, they will patiently wait for the dead player's teammate to come and revive them. And that turns medics into easy targets. The only way to ensure you can safely revive your teammates is by using a smoke grenade, either white or black.
