By now, you've likely already met your first two romance options in The Blood of Dawnwalker, Anca and Crake, but there's one more romantic companion you haven't met yet. Lacra is Coen's only Vrakhiri romance option, and they don't exactly get off to the best start.
During one of Coen's trips to Svartrau City, he'll hear stories about something damaging the city's rooftops. After a little investigating, it turns out that the damage was caused by Lacra, a Vrakhiri hauling a Uriash through the city for an interrogation, and she's not thrilled about being interrupted.
It goes without saying that since Lacra is a traditional Vrakhiri and not a dawnwalker like Coen, you'll only be able to complete her quests at night. After you follow the clues that lead to her location in Svartrau City, you'll interrupt her during an interrogation. Since Lacra is more of a punch-first, ask-questions-later kind of woman, she'll give you little time to explain before attacking you.
After you manage to win the fight, she'll finally settle down and listen to what you have to say. During this conversation, you'll have an opportunity to take over the interrogation to spare the Uriashi any more of Lacra's brutality and get the answers she needs. For this scene, select:
"Gladly, but we will actually talk."
"I need to know how to get to your village."
Lacra will concede to your decision since you got the information she wanted, and you'll now have a quest with Lacra to head to the village of Uriash in the mountains.
Keep in mind that you can romance more than one partner in The Blood of Dawnwalker without consequences.
