Recipes are a huge part of the crafting mechanic in The Blood of Dawnwalker. The obtained recipes allow you to craft all kinds of potions that heal, buff, and enhance Coen's abilities during and outside battles. The crafting system also has a day and night quirk that divides the potions into two kinds: one for the Human/Witch side and one for Coen's Vampiric side.
Recipes can be obtained through various methods, like looting treasure chests and enemies, during quests, exploring supernatural creatures' lairs and nests, and clearing bandits and soldiers' camps. However, that's not the only way to obtain recipes, as you can also buy them from The Blood of Dawnwalker merchants.
