A Palworld card is on track to sell for more than $10,000 barely one month after the franchise’s new trading card game launched.
Pocketpair and Bushiroad released the Palworld Official Card Game’s first booster set, Dawn of Palpagos, on July 30. The set contains 100 standard card types and 61 parallels, all featuring original illustrations of characters and creatures from the survival game.
An unannounced all-gold Cattiva Soul card carrying the mysterious SSS rarity quickly emerged as its biggest chase card. Dexerto previously reported that copies were being listed and sold for thousands immediately after release.
Now, the first Gold Soul Cattiva to earn a perfect PSA grade has pushed the young card game into five-figure territory.
An eBay auction for the PSA 10 Cattiva reached $10,350 after 61 bids on September 2. The auction is scheduled to end on September 3, meaning the final price could climb even higher.
The listing identifies the card as a population one, making it the only Gold Soul Cattiva currently recorded with PSA’s Gem Mint 10 grade.
“The first PSA 10 Gold Soul Cattiva is about to set its market price,” collector 808 wrote on X, highlighting how quickly bidding had passed $10,000.
