The hit MMORPG Aion 2 is finally releasing worldwide on PC, and players are already eager to jump in and try it out for themselves. Aion 2 officially releases on October 5, but a select portion of players can also get hands-on access to the game early, starting September 30. Aion 2 officially releases on Monday, October 5 at 6 AM PT / 1 PM UTC. This is based on the current Steam release date and time provided by SteamDB. Aion 2 will release to PC on Steam and via NCSOFT's PURPLE launcher. While a mobile version of the game is already available exclusively in South Korea and Taiwan, there are currently no plans for a worldwide mobile launch.

While most players may be waiting until October 5 to try Aion 2 out for themselves, there is also an Early Access period for certain players. To play Aion 2 early, you will need to pre-purchase any one of the game's Founder's Pack Editions. The Standard Founder's Pack retails for $24.99, though there are also two additional Founder's Packs that offer extra in-game rewards.
Early Access for Aion 2 begins on Wednesday, September 30, at 6 AM PT / 1 PM UTC and runs through to October 4, giving players a whole five days to try the game out before its official worldwide launch.
