Things aren't looking good for Geralt, as the Witcher has failed to protect Syanna, and so the Beast of Beauclair claims its fifth victim. This will lead into Burlap is the New Stripe in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, the final quest of the story if you failed to save Syanna. If you want to watch for any missables and ensure you pick the correct dialogue, then you can use this guide as a walkthrough, as there's no good ending to be had with this outcome.
This is one of the bad endings for Blood and Wine, so I'd recommend reloading a save file and getting the ribbon during "Beyond Hill and Dale" to avoid this outcome.
When you wake in prison, you will speak with Handsome Jacques. Before following him to the laundry room, use your Witcher Senses and look at the brick wall where he once was. You'll find a brick wall you can interact with to get the Notes found in the Toussaint prison, which start The Perks of Being a Jailbird.
To complete this minor yet secret and missable side quest, interact with the wagon below the gallows to get the hammer and chisel. You can also play Gwent in the prison courtyard, but you won't get anything for winning or losing, so it's a tad pointless.
Head down to the laundry room with Handsome Jacques, where you will need to pick up the two lots of dirty clothes from the boxes, and then the bar of soap by the stairs. Now, interact with the wooden bowl and pick up the large stick to wash them, which will begin a cutscene with three assailants.
When confronted, say "Do something useful" if you have Delusion Level 2, as this will reward 35 XP and ensure you only have to fight two men instead of three. Win or lose the fight, the guards will send you to solitary confinement, where you will wake up a week later.
A guard will show you to the exit, and you will have to watch a man get executed. While this is the bad ending, it's not a fatal one for Geralt, as this is just to scare him. Follow the guard to Damien de la Tour, who will reveal that Geralt is free to go thanks to Dandelion, who appears.
