A huge problem has struck Magic:The Gathering's Chaos Vault, as the highly controversial Zeta Set launch has been halted after just eight minutes due to unforeseen "technical issues."
This occurred shortly after the main queue was opened up to the public so that they could finish paying for their pre-orders, but Wizards of the Coast has paused sales while it attempts to fix the issues.
Anyone who was in the queue at the time of the pause, and who hasn't already left, will have their place held for when the sale restarts, although this isn't guaranteed right now, as players are left to wait for further updates.
The Zeta Set is now sold out in the US, EU, and UK stores.
Sales of The Zeta Set have resumed following approximately 80 minutes of downtime. If you stayed in the queue throughout the downtime, you will be in exactly the same spot as before the sale was pulled, but Wizards warn you may experience longer queues as it brings the sale back online and monitors the situation.

In an extremely rare occurrence, Wizards of the Coast has shut off sales of The Zeta Set, which launched as part of the Secret Lair Chaos Vault this morning (Pacific time).
Sales were paused at approximately 9:40 am PT, with it not known how much stock has been sold or is left. Anyone who was in the queue when the sale went live is guaranteed their spot in the queue when the sale goes live again, which Wizards of the Coast isn't promising will be any time soon, as a follow-up post around 40 minutes after the pause notice states that the queue is still down.
