This chapter was loaded with a ton of exciting information, as was expected after a 2-month-long break. This chapter focused largely on Sarada Uchiha's kidnapping from Konoha, as well as setting up battles against Hidari and Code. Most importantly, it also gave us a ton of exciting new information pertaining to Boruto Uzumaki. After his newest transformation following Momoshiki's takeover, Kashin Koji officially confirms to us that Boruto has catastrophic levels of power, surpassing even Naruto Uzumaki in the process.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 37 gave us a lot more insight into Kashin Koji's most recent Prescience vision. This vision was observed in the previous chapter of the story, but the full context of it was not revealed to us. On July 18, 2026, Kashin Koji got what could be described as the biggest Prescience vision to date, and in it he saw Boruto Uzumaki being taken over by Momoshiki once again. In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 37, Kashin Koji explains that the trigger for this was Sarada Uchiha's kidnapping. While he doesn't explain what exactly happens, he states that Boruto Uzumaki transforms under the influence of Momoshiki, and this leads to a catastrophe that could threaten the entire world itself.

Boruto Uzumaki has already been taken over by Momoshiki previously in the story; however, none of those occasions were particularly hard to deal with for the shinobi kind. The fact that Kashin Koji himself states that Boruto's transformation could threaten just about everything goes to show that this new transformation puts him on a completely different level of power, never seen before. We are eagerly waiting to see this new transformation of Boruto Uzumaki. Given that the authors, Mikio Ikemoto and Masashi Kishimoto, have already set it up in the story, it is only a matter of time before this new transformation is officially unveiled to us.

Momoshiki's powers are already tremendous, but when combined with all the skills that Boruto Uzumaki has gained over the 3-year timeskip and, on top of that, further abilities that we have not seen so far, put him on a completely different tier of strength. Kashin Koji himself is strong enough to fight someone like Jigen in combat, and Kawaki is more than capable of taking on Momoshiki in battle. If this future is still described as catastrophic by Koji, then it is clear that Boruto's new power puts him even beyond Naruto Uzumaki in terms of overall power level. Right now, Boruto Uzumaki is on the way to the Shinju hideout, where he will face off against Code and Hidari in combat. Boruto Uzumaki will most certainly get to team up with Sarada Uchiha in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 38, set to be released on October 18, 2026, in V-Jump Jump Issue 12.
In this chapter, the two will likely fight together and eventually take on their own individual enemies. Boruto is expected to take on Code, while Sarada is expected to take on Hidari. Whatever happens in this battle, Boruto Uzumaki is going to gain a new transformation through Momoshiki, where the latter has seemingly gained full control. As that happens, he is going to get new powers that will push his overall strength level to a completely different tier.
