If you don’t know yet, you can revive after dying in Onimusha: Way of the Sword. The Mirror of Revival is one of the most useful items you can carry, especially when you are heading into a difficult boss fight. It automatically revives Musashi once after he dies, giving you another chance to finish the battle instead of restarting from your last checkpoint.
There are a bunch of Mirrors of Revival hidden throughout the game, although you can only carry one at a time in your active inventory in Onimusha WoTS.
The Mirror of Revival is a consumable item that gives Musashi a single revival when he dies. Once it is properly equipped to your radial menu, the item activates automatically when you reach zero health during combat.
There are five confirmed fixed locations where you can find a Mirror of Revival. You can also purchase one from Yorimasa's Monument.
Climb all five ladders inside the pagoda until you reach the roof. Once you step outside, look around for a hanging white bag. Shoot the bag down to make the item drop, then collect the Mirror of Revival.
Hidden Chest on the Boat, Southwestern Eastern Kyoto
The boat is located south of Gojo-ohashi Bridge. To reach the area, look for the crawl space in the nearby fence and use it to get through.
Once you reach the boat, use the Oni Gauntlet to reveal the hidden Treasure Chest. Open it to get another Mirror of Revival.
