Cleansing Nyxara's Sanctuary is quite the tricky task, as it requires you to get the Ancient Scroll and move a dial to position a laser beam in a very precise spot that's not the easiest to get right. This guide will cover everything to do with cleansing Nyxara's temple so you don't get stuck for hours on end with a single step!
Once you have repaired the Nexus Forge with the Void Talon, you can interact with the three cranks on the inner, middle, and outer pillars until they are aligned with Nyxara's temple, shooting a blue beam into the dragon head. This is made infinitely easier with the Cleanse the Temples puzzle solver at rex-infernus.netlify. Simply input the rotation direction, where each crank is located, and make sure your target is set to Nyxara.
You need to have the Shadow Rift Ammo Mod on your weapon to get the Ancient Scroll. Kills with Shadow Rift activations will drop the Ancient Scroll, and this is easier to do if you go to Nyxara's Inner Sanctum (which you opened for the Warden's Blight wonder weapon parts), as this area has infinite-spawning zombies.
Once you have the Ancient Scroll, place it in the stone brazier in the center of Nyxara's Main Chamber. You now need to pull a purple orb into Pack-a-Punch with the Void Claw, then rotate the cranks to turn the braziers into purple flames. Take the Astral Flame and throw it at the brazier with the Ancient Scroll.
Doing so will cause a red mist to enter a zombie, and you must take this zombie to Veytharion Passage. When the zombie is in the middle of the Titan's gauntlets, purchase the Titan Trap, and the zombie will stand under one of the gauntlets and get crushed. Doing so correctly will get you a quote from Nyxara.
Return to Nyxara's Main Chamber, where, in front of the Ancient Scroll brazier, you will find a stone tablet on the floor. Interact with the stone plate and go prone. After a while, the stone plate will move and reveal a dial, which you can shoot into the air by firing a charged shot with the Warden's Blight.
You now need to shoot the inner rings of the dial to move it so it's shooting low at the south wall as shown in the image above. Shoot the middle ring with the Warden's Blight to make it move in small increments, and make sure the beam is EXACTLY in the same spot as the image above, as this is frustratingly finicky to pull off.
When you have the laser beam in the spot shown above, kill zombies under the dial. Their souls will charge the laser beam, causing the wall to crack and reveal a stone head. Shoot the stone head, and four Shadow Souls will appear around Nyxara's Main Chamber.
