One of the reasons why Bleach became popular is because it has a lot of villains with cool designs and unique powers. Villains are supposed to lose, and Bleach's antgonists are no different, but a few of the series' villains should not have lost the way they did. In terms of spiritual energy, these villains were all Captain-level or higher, and they all wielded overpowered abilities.
Some Bleach villains lost despite having Schrifts that could heal any injury. One villain was literally a God who could see and change the future, and he still lost even though he should have seen the lead-up to the final blow coming. A few of these villains lost to their own abilities, even though that technically should not have happened.
Loyd was defeated in the very early stages of the Thousand-Year Blood War, but that does not mean he was weak. In fact, he was technically one of the strongest Sternritter. The Yourself is a Schrift that allowed Loyd to transform into a perfect physical copy of another person. Not only could Loyd copy their appearance, he could copy their spiritual energy and abilities. He used this power to transform into Kenpachi Zaraki, but he was ultimately cut down by the Squad 11 Captain.
Loyd only lost because Kenpachi's power increased during the fight, and The Yourself cannot adjust to this change unless Loyd cancels the ability and transforms again. If Loyd had transformed into Yhwach, he would have destroyed Kenpachi just like his brother Royd did. If he had transformed into Captain Commander Yamamoto, he would have incinerated Kenpachi with fire.
Lille was the leader of Yhwach's Royal Guard and the first Quincy to receive a Schrift from the Quincy King. He viewed himself as a God, which is understandable given his ability to transform into an untouchable angelic monster who could vaporize the Soul Society singlehandedly. The X-Axis was a major reason for his immense power because it granted Lille intangibility while allowing all his attacks to pierce through anything with near-perfect accuracy.
Shunsui Kyoraku is the new Captain Commander of the Gotei 13, but even he could not beat Lille in his empowered state. Instead, his Lieutenant Nanao used her family's ceremonial sword to reflect Lille's attack back at him. This destroyed Lille's main body. Nanao's Shinken Hakkyoken can absorb and reflect the power of a God. The only issue is that Lille was not a real God. He claimed to be one, but at best he was God-like. Nanao's sword would have worked on the Soul King or Yhwach, but it should have been destroyed by Lille's attacks.
Baraggan was the 2nd Espada and represented the aspect of death that deals with time and old age. When using his Resurreccion, Baraggan becomes a skeletal figure who can cause anything around him to rapidly age until they turn to dust. His Respira technique released a dark miasma that would cause anything it came into contact with to rot away in seconds. These abilities caused most attacks to "die" before they ever reached him.
