While exploring Svartrau City, A Study in Crimson quest will be automatically added to Coen's journal, which will require him to visit Vicho's Emporium in The Blood of Dawnwalker. While the objective sounds straightforward, finding the exact location of Vicho's Emporium among a cluster of houses can become tedious. This guide will help you locate Vicho's Emporium in Blood of Dawnwalker so you can easily start A Study in Crimson quest.
Vicho's Emporium can be found in the northern part of Svartrau City, near the northern gate. First and foremost, you'll need to be in Coen's vampiric form to start the quest.
Once you're ready, scale the rooftops till you reach the location I've marked in the image above; that's the location where you'll find Vicho's Emporium in Blood of Dawnwalker.
Look around to find a house with a balcony with some crates and sacks. Use the Shadowstep skill to reach the balcony, and enter the house through the second floor.
Head down the stairs, and you'll find several points of interaction around the house. Feel free to examine the various objects of interest, or simply enter through the door on the first floor to find Vicho in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Players will come across Vicho in a feral state, assuming a combat stance and ready to attack Coen at a moment's notice. While you'll assume it's the start of a combat encounter, players will get the following choices after a brief dialog exchange.
Regardless of which dialog option you pick (or don't), it won't impact the encounter with Vicho. He'll calm down regardless of your choice and listen to Coen. After another brief dialog exchange, Coen will be able to accompany Vicho and continue through the rest of A Study in Crimson quest.
