EA Motive has responded after an unfinished trailer for its long-awaited Iron Man game leaked online, giving fans their first substantial look at the project.
More than two minutes of work-in-progress footage surfaced on ResetEra on August 28, showing Tony Stark rocketing around a city, various types of combat, and what appeared to be a cutomization system for Tony’s suit.
Rather than ignoring the leak, the developer quickly acknowledged that what fans were watching was real.
“Well, that didn’t go as planned,” the official Iron Man game account wrote on X after the footage spread online.
“But now you know, and we’ve got a lot more to show you. See you when we’re ready.”

The footage itself is clearly unfinished, with a visible “AUG26” watermark and various placeholder assets on display. Despite that, however, some sections look exceptionally polished, especially in the opening moments.
In the footage, Stark, in the Iron Man suit, can be seen flying at high speed through a large city before transitioning between aerial and ground combat, using his repulsors, missiles, melee attacks, and other weapons against enemies.
