There are six weapons in End of Abyss: the Pulse Gun, Riot Breaker, Security Rifle, Support Gun, Incinerator, and Particle Disruptor. You will find some of these weapons on the critical path, while others are easy to miss. The locations of all six weapons in End of Abyss are detailed in this guide.
The Pulse Gun is the starting weapon, and you have access to it from the beginning of the game.
After activating the beacon in the Communication Center early in the game, you are sent back to the Habitation Sector to unlock the shuttle entrance. When you re-enter the Habitation Sector, go south, pass through the first door on the west wall, and follow the hallway until it intersects with a north-south hallway. Vault through the window on the east side of that hallway, and you'll find the Riot Breaker on the ground.
Play through the game until you obtain Explosives Charges, which allow you to destroy weak structures. You will obtain that item in Factory West during your trip to override the area's SCU, which is part of unlocking the central elevator after powering up the reactor. Once you have the explosives, make your way to Factory East - F2. Specifically, go to the rectangular room west of the floor's Save Room, and use the Factory Keycard, which you will have obtained when pursuing the reactor, to open the door in the northwest corner. Then enter the room beyond that door, use an Explosive Charge to destroy the weak west wall, and pass through the hole to find the Security Rifle on the ground.
