This version of the Back to the Future trilogy was originally released back in 2020 for the franchises' 35th anniversary. This marked the first time the three films had ever been remastered in 4K. Universal Pictures also released the 40th anniversary version of this box set in 2025, but it's quite a bit more expensive right now compared to the older version.
It's worth noting that when this 4K trilogy was originally released in 2020, Amazon was actually offering a working hoverboard alongside your purchase. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case and all you're really getting here is the discs for the movies.
