One of the early Kindness Side Quests you might encounter on Cai's path in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is called Missing Master. You can start it by speaking to the female servant near the Entertainment District.
She tells Cai that her master is missing, but she knows for sure that he hasn't left Dagsion, and recommends searching for him in Lowtown. Without a quest icon showing his exact location and with plenty of NPCs to talk to around town, it might be hard for some players to find the wealthy old man, so this guide is here to help.
As a reward for completing 'Missing Master,' you will get 4000 Gold and 130 Renown.
Lowtown has two distinct sections: the south side, where the Tavern is located, and the west side with the docks and a pier. You can find the old man standing on the docks to the west.
