We were quietly hoping that Pokémon Pokopia would have something up its sleeve for Halloween, and what do you know, it does!
The Pokémon Company has just announced its next in-game event, which will run from 17th October at 5am until 1st November at 4:59am (local time).
This one is expectedly spooky, with Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist being added to the game alongside a series of other Halloween-themed items and decorations. The event will see you tricking other Pokémon around town by stealthily turning into various items. A successful trick will earn you a Pumpkin Candy treat, which can be cashed in for the event's goodies.

As ever, you'll need to have built at least one Pokémon Center to start the event, then you can chat to the Pumpkaboo outside it to get involved with the candy collecting.
