Rex Infernus holds the final piece of the Super Easter Egg puzzle in Black Ops 7 Zombies. You'll need to upgrade the Grapple Hook (Void Talon) and then find three toy horses around the map, each with their own unique challenge to complete. You will need to complete the previous Super Easter Eggs from Ashes of the Damned to Kowakujo for this one to work. You must also have completed the Main Easter Egg Quests on all maps, or else these steps will not work. Bring the Aether Shroud Field Upgrade for this, as it will be required in a later step!
Your first step is to get the Warden's Blight Wonder Weapon. If you need a reminder, we have a quick step-by-step overview below, or you can use the fully detailed guide further below:
Head to the Nexus Forge and face the House. In the collapsed wall to the right is a ball that you can shoot to drop into the pit below. This will cause a blue portal to open on the house, and you need to remember which one appeared first. Now, every Round, a new symbol will appear. Remember the order that they appeared, from first to last.
When it's an Exfil round, shoot the symbols in the order in which they first appeared and then Exfil. This won't let you leave the game; instead, you will teleport to the House, where you can head upstairs and use a Charged Shot of the Warden's Blight in the upstairs bathroom when facing south to get the Eye of the Forge.
Survive in Her House against Ravagers and Doppelghasts, then return to the map and place the Eye of the Forge on any Grapple Hook station you want to keep upgraded so the Void Pedestal can become the Void Talon.
Head to Nyxara's Passage and face North to look under the bridge. You'll see an item floating underneath the bridge, and if you get close enough, you can grapple it with the upgraded Void Talon, which will teleport you and your team into a parkour course.
You must now climb to the top in 90 seconds. At the top, you will find the toy box, but to activate it, you must use Aether Shroud. This will open the toy box, and now you can travel back to the main map to start the next set of steps.
