Prison is quite a large map to investigate in Phasmophobia, but luckily, a smaller version of it was added in the Aug. 25, 2026 update. The Prison Restricted map looks a bit different than the standard version of this location, so you may be wondering where to find the Cursed Possession locations around it.

Cursed Objects are very dangerous, but powerful tools to have at your disposal, so even if you don’t go into a match planning on using them, it’s still a good idea to have their potential spawn spots in mind just in case you end up changing your mind. To ensure you know where to look around this map, here are all Cursed Possession locations around Prison Restricted in Phasmophobia.

Although the Prison Restricted map has a few different variants, the spawn locations for all seven Cursed Possessions stay the same across them. This makes tracking them down fairly easy once you learn where to look. No matter which version of the Prison Restricted map you get, all seven Cursed Objects can be found in the front entrance lobby area.

Five of the Cursed Objects can be found to your left immediately upon stepping through the front door. These items are scattered around the table nearby, as though they were taken off someone before they were allowed to pass through the security gate. The other two Cursed Items can be found near the northern end of the room, close to the double doors that lead you out of the lobby into the main hallway area.

No, the Cursed Objects do not spawn at different spots around the Prison Restricted map. This is because you always have access to the lobby no matter what variant of this location you get, as there are no side doors or other entrances for this location.
