The Panopticon Service Request quest in Control Resonant is given by Langston, a quirky researcher whom players will come across after completing the prologue. He'll ask Dylan to look into an Altered Radio nearby and help him contain it. The quest will require players to first fix the terminal inside the containment area, change the Altered Radio's frequency to the World Fair broadcast, and then figure out the correct Containment Cell ID. This guide will break down each objective of the Panopticon Service Request to help players complete it with ease.
After reaching the FBC Field Office in Central, players will get to meet Langston at the Field Panopticon Office. The little work area where Langston works is located in the southeastern part of the Field Office.
Once Dylan talks to Langston, he'll ask him to capture and contain the Altered Radio item, thus starting the "Panopticon Service Request" quest in Control Resonant.
The first thing players will need to do is interact with the terminal to the left of the containment area. The terminal won't work, as it's missing a few components. So, the first objective of Panopticon Service Request in Control Resonant will require players to find and insert the missing components to repair the terminal.
The first two components are battery modules. One can be found near the terminal, while the second one is located near the containment cell labeled A-01. Pick each one up and insert them into the server rack to the right of the terminal.
The last component is a satellite dish antenna that can be found near the containment cell labeled as C-03.
Pick it up, get on top of containment cell E-05, and insert the antenna into the metal tower. Once all three components are inserted, interact with the terminal to activate it.
The next objective of the Control Resonant Panopticon Service Request will require players to give Langston the correct Containment Cell ID via the radio. The clue to finding the containment cell ID can be found on a note in front of cell A-01. The note suggests the orientation of the cells has been changed from anti-clockwise to clockwise.
