Everything said about Trunks remains true for Goten. However, he and Gohan are brothers, meaning that his potential may be a tad greater. Their genetic makeup is quite similar, which may be the main reason why the Beast form even exists in the first place. Due to these factors, Goten could potentially also wield its power in the future.
