Following the reveal that we’ll be able to dress up Eve as Bayonetta alongside the Switch 2 release date for Stellar Blade Complete Edition, Shift Up confirmed additional costumes based on the character’s nun look and her rival Jeanne will also appear. The announcement PlatinumGames shared on social media also noted these aren’t only for the Nintendo console. The new skins will appear on the PS5 and PC too.
The exact update involved teaser images for the confirmed Bayonetta Stellar Blade standard, nun, and Jeanne costumes. However, these are only three of the four in the crossover. Both Shift Up and PlatinumGames teased a fourth costume. This will again be based on Bayonetta herself, as the silhouette features her signature updo hairstyle. However, the outline doesn’t offer any other hints about what the design could be based on.
Here is the full teaser image for those outfits. They’ll be part of a free add-on distributed on November 5, 2026 for all three platforms.
This update also included a new detail about the Switch 2 version of Stellar Blade from Shift Up. It will not be a game-key card release. If you buy a copy, the full game and its DLC will be on the cartridge.
The Stellar Blade Complete Edition Switch 2 release date is November 5, 2026. It’s already on the PS5 and PC. The Bayonetta costume DLC with looks based on the heroine’s standard costume and nun outfit and rival Jeanne will be available for all versions of Stellar Blade.
