Wear'Em & Wash'Em is one of the many secret hideouts hidden in Manhattan and can be accessed after players complete a relatively tricky puzzle. This particular secret hideout is located in the Central region, south of the Field Office Station on the map, near the East Park Station. You will reach this zone through story progression in the first few hours of the game.
Once you have dealt with the enemies around the entrance, you can enter the building to find several washing machines. Despite looking complicated, the puzzle is quite straightforward, and this Control Resonant guide below goes over how you can solve it.
As you enter the laundromat, ignore all the washing machines and go to the board near the open doors to find some notes. The Customer Note isn't actually helpful, so you can ignore that one, but the Laundry Puzzle note will help you solve this. The note has been left out by the management, and you can see a series of 0s and 1s.
To solve the puzzle, you need to understand that every numbered line represents a washing machine row behind you. As you enter the building, the first row on your left is the first numbered row on this note. The numbers are:
