To get the Unquenchable Thirst Achievement in The Blood of Dawnwalker, you need to find out the truth about Vicho. After completing the A Study in Crimson Quest, Coen finds out at the end that the murders in Svartrau City didn't stop, and a Vrakhir still hunts at night. To prevent that ending, Coen must find out the truth about Vicho, which unlocks the Unquenchable Thirst Achievement in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
To find out the truth about Vicho, you need to investigate further after the A Study in Crimson Quest is complete. Back in Simeon's warehouse, there's a hidden chest on the first floor that can only be opened with a key you find on Simeon's body. Inside the chest, you'll find a letter from Ivo, who defends Vicho and says that Vicho always appears civilized and in control. He then mentions that he's not leaving the farm, but he'll be cautious. It's clearly a reply letter from Ivo to answer Simeon's concerns about Vicho. It's also a letter that leads Coen to his next destination if he wants to find out the truth about Vicho. There's no Quest or anything attached to it until Coen actually finds something on Vicho.
You can find Ivo's farm south of Svartrau city. Even if you didn't figure out the letter pattern and take the letter's lead, some characters like Ocha mention Vicho again after completing his Quest, which leads Coen to the farm later in the story. When Coen reaches Ivo's farm, he'll find that a bloodbath has happened there, and everything leads to Vicho as the culprit. First, you'll find Simeon's letter to Ivo, telling him that Vicho lost his mind and the hunger inside him is no longer in check. He mentions that Vicho is the one who killed his friends, and Ivo should run away from the farm for a few days for the sake of his family.
Another clue is a dead woman inside the house there. You can use the Compel Soul skill on her to ask a few questions. But first, you need to find the Farmer's Sword and the Wedding Headband. That leads Coen to understand that Vicho saw blood while visiting Ivo, lost control, and killed everyone on the farm.
Finding out the truth about Vicho will open the A Study in Crimson Quest after the game marked it as complete, and the new objective becomes to confront Vicho. Confronting Vicho about the truth is dangerous, but Vicho is the one in danger. After Vicho learns that he's the reason for all these murders, it becomes difficult to convince Vicho to keep living.
