While exploring the Oldest House, players will come across a locked office that says you need a Clearance Level SR keycard in Control Resonant. Players might think they'll eventually acquire this during one of the story missions, but unfortunately that's not the case. You'll need to start a specific Side Story quest in order to acquire the Clearance Level SR (storage room) keycard and open up the office.
To get the Clearance Level SR keycard in Control Resonant, players will need to start a side story called "The Complete Set." This side quest can be found in the Dense Patterning area in the northwest area of the Downtown zone. However, you'll need to complete the Incursion Fault side quest to get the "Shift" ability before heading here.
After arriving at the area, you'll need to enter a warehouse-like structure, which will later be marked on the map as "Auction House." Inside, there's a woman stuck in a trance, and trying to talk to her will start The Complete Set quest. Here, Dylan will need to capture an Altered Speaker in the Auction House, and then find a few notes around the lady (which will add three objectives to the quest).
After exiting the Auction House, Dylan will receive a call from Zoe, who'll suggest he check in with Langston at the FBC Field Office in Central. This is the fourth objective that will be added to the quest, and talking to Langston will grant players the Clearance Level SR keycard, which is essentially a key to the storage room where the Altered Subwoofer is located.
To use the Clearance Level SR keycard, players will need to fast travel to the Oldest House's Central Executive. After that, take the elevator down to the Executive Research sector. Step inside the room and look to the right of the open Shelter to find the door that requires the Clearance Level SR keycard in Control Resonant.
Inside, players will find a few lore files about the Altered Subwoofer and the Subwoofer, which Dylan will need to capture as well to progress The Complete Set quest.
