On your hunt for the West Incursion Zone Resonant, you'll need to find the lost garage security key in Control Resonant to reach its lair.
To unlock more traversal abilities and change the world in Control Resonant, you'll need to beat huge bosses known as Resonants. To reach the one in the West Incursion Zone, you'll need to find the parking garage key to keep moving towards its location. However, finding the key isn't very easy.
Once you've reached the West Incursion Zone, you'll see a vision of Jesse, suggesting a Fault is nearby. After fighting some Hiss in the road, the parking garage you're looking for will be on the left.
Once you've gone inside, you'll see a locked door. By the door, there will be a note on the ground that says: "Yo. If I'm not here for the shift change and you need the key, I'm getting my gear clean at the laundromat. Or smoking at the back. Luck of the draw."
Head back out and keep following the big garage building around to the left - you're heading to the opposite side of the building to the garage entrance. There, you'll find the Wear 'Em Wash 'Em Laundromat.
The door opens from the other side, so get inside, head to the alleyway to the right of the laundromat and float over the red gloop, avoiding the laser. Head through the door into the laundromat and you can grab the key off the floating body in there.
Now, head back to the original door in the parking garage and you can use the key to unlock the door and head towards the Resonant fight.
