After opening the Human Organ Box in Zoe's House, it's time to use Zoe's Lanyard to enter the Shorefront Family Clinic, which is northeast of the Town Square. Inside the Clinic, you'll find that the Reception door is locked and requires a 4-digit code (2896). Below, we'll share how you can find the solution to the Clinic reception code in Silent Hill Townfall, along with points of interest in the room that you shouldn't miss!
To find the code for yourself, head down the corridor in the Clinic to find the door marked "Z Ellis". There is some scary-looking black goo under the door, but we promise there are no monsters inside waiting to surprise you! Once you're inside, look at the Post-it note on the computer, which will read "2896".
With the code now memorised, return to the Reception door and enter the code. Upon entering the final digit, the door will open and allow you to access this room, which is perfect for finding your next clue and for saving the game if you haven't done so already!
Inside the Reception is a phone (to manually save your game), the Nurse's Rounds Form Document for your collectibles, and a message on the answering machine that will direct you to the Pharmacy!
