Eidos Montreal will release Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Encore Edition for Switch 2 on November 5, the developer announced.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy first launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on October 26, 2021. The Switch version is cloud-only.
The Encore Edition is optimized for Switch 2 and features two settings for TV mode—“Quality,” which targets 30 frames per second at at 1440p resolution, and “Performance,” which targets 40 frames per second at 1080p resolution. In Handheld mode, the game targets 30 frames per second. The game will also feature an “all-new set of glam rock outfits.”
