Throughout Silent Hill Townfall, Simon has a strange Cannula attached to his hand that helps to keep him alive. This Cannula can be refilled with Filled IV Bags, and when killed, they will instantly revive Simon. However, refilling the Cannula and dying will negatively impact the ending you get, which is why we'll explain how the IV Bags work and what you need to do to avoid the bad ending.
You can enter your Quick Use items and combine IV Fluid and Empty IV Bags to create Filled IV Bags. When used, these Filled IV Bags will revive you when you die, which will stop you from reusing your last save spot. However, you will only revive with a small amount of health unless you combine the Filled IV Bag with Antibiotics to create the Enhanced IV Bag, which fully replenishes health on revive.
Using an IV Bag will count negatively towards your desired ending in Silent Hill Townfall. To explain, refilling the Cannula will provide a -4 score to your ending progression, and the lower your score (the more you die and revive), the more weight you will have toward the bad ending.
