There Can Be Only One is a missable side quest in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine that will reward you with Aerondight from the Lady of the Lake. If you want to get Aerondight and complete There Can Be Only One, you must make the correct decision in different quests to prove five virtues. Below, you'll find the important choices you need to make in each quest, and the fastest way you can earn each virtue without wasting too much time.
There will be spoilers involved for the Blood and Wine DLC, as the quest requires you to make specific choices in the main quest and side quests across Toussaint, or else you will fail the mission.
After starting the Blood and Wine expansion and after completing "The Beast of Toussaint", head to Lac Celavy in Toussaint, which is shown on the map above. Here, you will find a pond in the center of the lake, with the meditating Hermit, and you will also find five chivalric virtues that must be proven to challenge the Hermit to a duel.
