Capcom has granted us rabid Dragon's Dogma 2 fanatics a fresh look at Dark Arisen — the expansion that's coming out in just under a month, on the 9th October.
Although it's a fairly short trailer, there's an awful lot to see. New enemy types can be spotted throughout — including the returning Evil Eye! — alongside new weapons, armour, and enhanced vocation skills.
Just to quickly recap, Dark Arisen, much like its predecessor of the same name, is basically an endgame DLC that throws you into a dangerous new setting.
This time around, you'll need to conquer the frozen lands of Norgan, where exploring ruins and defeating monstrous foes nets you relics, which can then be transformed into powerful new equipment.
It isn't just about the grind, though. As this trailer stresses, there's a fresh storyline running through the expansion, which will almost certainly shed additional light on the endless cycle that's at the heart of Dragon's Dogma's world.
